Choose one of the following IC's to make this connection. 

U006/U6 -> MonSTer (PAL22V10)

9 -> BDTK

U011/U11 -> MonSTer (PAL22V10)

21 -> BDTK

Once these solders are made you can put a jumper on the BLITTER pins.
